Geological disaster service in this paper refers to the following works, likegeological disaster data acquisition and monitoring, forecasting and early warning,disaster assessment, emergency evacuation services and so on, which composeservice-oriented geographic information system. The current spatial information servicesystem in geological disaster field are mostly limited to a single mode service,especially lack in the information storage, processing method and the applicationtechnology of GIS. With the development of mobile GIS technology and3G/4Gwireless communication network, mobile intelligent terminal which based on GISservice is a necessary tool of geological disaster prevention and reduction. Based on the"Independent Satellite Data Application in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area HighTechnology Industry Demonstration Project", combine the geological disaster servicesand mobile terminal technology, this paper carried out the geological disasters mobileservice system based on the cloud environment, and the prototype system is applied inFuling District of Chongqing City, results shows the high performance of system. Themain research contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all, the geological disasters service design meets the demand on the ThreeGorges Reservoir, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common mobileoperating system platform and the geological disaster system architecture, introducingthe cloud and mobile GIS technology, and hybrid Cloud Architecture of public andprivate cloud environment to achieve the improvement of the existing system, putsforward the design scheme of geological disasters in cloud environment based onmobile service system.Secondly, taking the iOS platform as an example to develope the geologicaldisasters mobile service prototype system, abd applied in Fuling District of ChongqingCity, system development including server-side and mobil-side, and tested in the studyarea. Analyzing the model processing performance of the existing system betweentraditional architecture by contrast, proved geological disaster mobile service system based on cloud environment not only efficient integration to complete a number ofgeological disasters works, and the GIS model computing time shortened by nearly half.The innovations of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)Through the remote data capture function model, realizing the separation of geologicaldisaster data and model, and the traditional model of integrated technology research andservice model design oriented;(2) In a cloud environment server performance tuning,using NginX module for GIS server load balance, and with reverse proxy technologyand Base64encryption algorithm to system transmission flow, increase the safety of thecloud environment;(3) In the mobile terminal function design, realizing the geologicaldisasters monitoring and prevention work by using ArcGIS Runtime environment,combined with wireless network notification push function of geological hazardinformation, improve the efficiency of emergency response.
