Due to the current situation of less related literature, poor landscape configuraion andexpensive maintenance and management in wetland woody plants, the dissertation takeliterature consulting and field investigation as methods to count wetland wood plantscomposition in Guangdong Province;5wetland woody plants were introduced to the researchof cuttage seedling (including field cutting and water culture to cutting rootings) andmoisture-tolerance for its adaptability of rooting of cutting and waterlogging; Relying on thewetland demonstration project such as Ming Lake in Gaoming City,18kinds of wetlandwoody plants were chosen to analyzed and evaluted its adaptability of waterlogging andmulti-layer plant communities configutation, etc, expecting to provide references toGuangdong wetland ecological restoration and reconstruction. Results are as follows:1. Wetland woody plants resources in Guangdong Province is rich and species up to174,falling in54families and117genera. Freshwater wetland wild woody plants include128species, under42families83genera; Coastal wild wetland woody plants include28species,belonging to14families22genera; Constructed wetland woody plants include37species(including52.78%of applicated wild wetland woody plant species), under19families28genera. Species of wetland woody plants are relatively rich but dispersed and flattened inlandscape application. Besides, dislocation planting and rigid bulkhead are generalphenomena in Guangdong province, which make wetland eco-effective.2. From the indicators changes, survival rates, and physiological biochemical indicatorsof5species plant field cutting (0-50day), G.puberum, G.zeylanicum and P. leptocladosbelong to the species of easy to root type. V.odoratissimum and W. uvariifolia are on thecontrary. The POD activity, IAAO activity and Phenol content show the same tend incorrelation in3species of Euphorbiaceae plant cuttings. The tend of specific performance arefirst reduced, elevated again, reduced again, elevated again, and reduced again. The changesof Phenol content are opposite with POD activity and IAAO activity. The POD activity, IAAOactivity and Phenol content changes tend of V.odoratissimum and W. uvariifolia are similar tothe others, but with no regulation. The tend of Reducing sugar changes perform firstruduced and elevated again among5species of wetland plant field cuttings.3.G.puberum G.zeylanicum and P.leptoclados are with a good adaptability in waterculture to cutting rootings. The survival rates of the other two are0. From the physiological biochemical indicators of waterlogging stress, the SPAD of3species of Euphorbiaceae plantsincrease with cutting time. The Root Activity, Plorine and MDA show the tend of firstruduced and elevated among3species of Euphorbiaceae plants. The tend of RelativeConductivity changes show first rising, then falling and risiing.4. G.puberum, G.zeylanicum and P.leptoclados really have a good a adaptability inrooting of cutting and waterlogging in Ming Lake demonstration. Its rooting time is ahead ofabove-mentioned water culture to cutting rootings and field cuttage rooting. The bagsseedlings survival rates of G.pensilis, T.distichum, R.dumetorum, A.ilicifolius, C.operculatus,G.puberum, G.zeylanicum and P.leptoclados is more higher than others in18wetland woodyplants. The factors that effect their survival rates includes the characteristic of species(maincause), lack of water resistant exercise, specifications, root pruning and anti-wave power, etc.L.racemosa is with a poor cold resistance. Pattern of multi-layers plant adaptive combination isapplied in Ming Lake, which contributes to build a ecological landscape with the diversity ofplant species, rich seasonal changes, multiple layer and stable community structure. The bettermulti-layer plant communities configutation includes“T.distichum+B.racemosa+G.puberum+C.papyrus+I.tectorum+L.salicaria+V.natans”,“T.distichum+B.javanica+S.sebiferum+B.racemosa+O.coccinea+G.puberum+C.indica+H.vulgaris+H.verticillata”,“K.candel”,“S.apetala+L. racemosa+K.candel+A. ilicifolius”, etc.
