In recent years, with rapidly increasing population, accelerating urbanization and men’s partial acknowledgement of wetlands, bad results on wetlands are emerging:unreasonable exploitation, damaging and dramatic decline, reducing diversity of plant, weakening function and benefit of wetlands and greatly threatening plants in wetlands. Plants is the important resources in wetlands, with its great variety, adaptability, high ornamental value and good Ecological benefits. However, as people gradually aware of protection of wetlands and ecology, Garden workers pay increasing emphasis on wetlands. Based on outdoor investigation and analysis of index, this research using the way of combining the sample plot and quadrat conducts this outdoor survey on plants under different processes of evolution. By calculating the importance value of wetland plants and α and β index of the plant’s diversity, its community diversity and community characteristics are analyzed, and analyze the process among different kinds of wetlands. In the meantime, it also discusses the development of plants in Hefei city, application of garden and protection of ecology, providing theory basis for plants of wetlands in Hefei city. According to our research:(1) The plants resource of wetlands in Hefei is rich. At present, Chinese railway construction international city of wetland park, Dafangying reservoir shore, Dongpu reservoir coastal wetlands in Hefei were investigated to determine the species of plants,92species,43families81generas. The research indicates that there are totally22families,41generas and47species plants in the typical artificial wetland while there are10families,21generas and21species plants in half-artificial and half-natural wetland. And there are37families,65generas and70species in natural wetland.(2) Different disturb is the essential element of constraining plant community, thus causing different plant features. From artificial to half-artificial and half-natural then to natural one, wetlands plants are in the process of continuous evolvement. Dafangying reservoir shore is in the beginning process of evolvement, but if there is human activity, outwards disturbs and the changing climate, it will also develop into artificial community, without which it will be the natural one.(3) The essay analyzes features and diversities of community in three places, among which species diversity in half-artificial and half-natural wetlands show the lowest. It shows that the relationship between their disturbance and diversity is complicated-not just simple proportion. Especially in farmland-involved plant community, they share a inverse ratio between each other.(4) Some wetlands plants have high value in garden and ecology, so many measures should be adopted:more investigation, establishing resources library for wetland plants and select quality species into city gardens and ecology.(5) Measures should be taken to protect the variety of wetland plants and species of them. Effective wetlands management should be adopted and especially attention should be focused on the function loss due to the change of vegetation in wetlands and recovery of the wetlands ecosystem Due to the change of wetland caused by the loss of wetland function and recovery of wetland ecosystem.
