Study Of The Sy Nergetic Mechanism For Major Construction Projects’ Technology Innovation Network

Abstract:Major construction projects’technology innovation network, as an important innovation of national innovation system, shoulders the important mission of the relationship between the benefit to the people’s livelihood. Therefore, how to establish an appropriate mechanism to realize the inter organizational cooperative among subjects of all kinds of technical innovation, aiming at the major construction projects’ technology innovation and the characteristics of the network, to improve efficiency and level of technology innovation projects, is not only relational to the technological innovation projects’ success, but also to promote the first proposition industry technical construction progress of China.First, the background and significance of synergetic mechanism of the major construction projects’technology innovation network are researched; the domestic and foreign research about the technological innovation network and synergetic mechanism are analyzed; the technical route, the main contents, research methods and innovative points of this study are detailed presented. Second, the theories, including the technological innovation theory, system theory, coordination theory and mechanism design theory are introduced to guide the research. Based on system theory, this paper has carried on the analysis from three aspects of system structure, system environment and the system behavior of major construction projects’ technology innovation network, suggesting that the major construction projects’ technology innovation network is a complex self-organized system. And then it analyzes the evolution process of major construction projects’ technology innovation network system using the synergetic theory, pointed out that the synergy mechanism is a kind of internal state major reduction mechanism of construction projects’ technology innovation network system, which promotes technology innovation network system to evaluate from disorder to develop orderly. The study summed up the mechanism model of major projects’ technology construction innovation network and synergy mechanism. This part of the thesis is to study the necessary to construct the synergetic mechanism for major construction projects’ technology innovation network. The evolution of major construction projects’technology innovation network member relationship was studied, on the basis to get the main contents of synergy mechanism of the major construction projects technology innovation network and the structure model of synergy mechanism. At the same time, each sub mechanism of synergy mechanism is studied in detail, and the basic framework and system of synergy mechanism for the major construction projects’ technology innovation network are studied. Finally, the paper takes the SH railway project as an example for empirical analysis, to verify the effectiveness of the synergetic mechanism for major construction projects’ technology innovation network.Through theoretical and empirical analysis, the paper is in order to provide the theoretical and practical guiding for the management of the major construction projects’ technology innovation network.
