At present,my country's major engineering projects are in an important period of transition from high-speed development to high-quality development, which imposes higher requirements on technological innovation. The technology innovation network can gather the advantages and resources of all parties to the greatest extent, and has become an important form for major engineering projects to achieve innovation goals. However,in the actual innovation process,a series of problems such as insufficient innovation power, unclear responsibilities and rights between innovation entities, poor communication of information, lack of long-term and stable cooperation mechanisms, and difficulty in sharing innovation results have increased the vulnerability of technological innovation networks in major engineering projects. The probability of sexual occurrence seriously affects the innovation process. On the other hand,it is advocated that formal contract governance based on contract management and relationship and relationship contract governance based on relationship maintenance have built a dual governance approach.Although it is regarded as an effective means for solving alliance problems,it has not yet formed a How meta-governance affects the systematic research on the vulnerability of technological innovation networks of major engineering projects,so this article intends to explore further.Based on transaction cost theory and relational contract theory, through literature analysis, the factors influencing the vulnerability of the technological innovation network of major engineering projects were identified and divided into two dimensions:formal contract governance and relationship contract governance. On this basis, theimpact of dual governance on the technological innovation network vulnerability of major engineering projects is analyzed from the two perspectives of the project's full life cycle and the relationship between project participants.Among them, the analysis from the perspective of the full life cycle of the project is based on the identification of the influencing factors of vulnerability and research hypotheses, the design and distribution of questionnaires, and the establishment of the Logit regression model based on the sample data.Governance's impact on the technological innovation network vulnerability of major engineering projects throughout the innovation cycle. The analysis from the perspective of the relationship between project participants mainly discusses the role relationship between the factors affecting vulnerability, and based on the complex network theory,a network model of factors affecting the vulnerability of technological innovation network of major engineering projects is constructed by dual governance.Analyze to get the effect of specific influencing factors on the vulnerability of technological innovation network of major engineering projects. Finally, using the network model of the vulnerability influencing factors as the simulation object,MATLAB software is used to simulate the vulnerability of the technological innovation network of major engineering projects under single node failure, edge failure and node-to-failure,and the relationship contract governance is found. The vulnerability of such factors is greater, and the vulnerability of the technological innovation network of major engineering projects has an obvious superposition effect. In view of this research result, countermeasures to reduce the vulnerability of the technological innovation network of major engineering projects are proposed. This article will provide a certain reference for reducing the vulnerability of the technological innovation network of major engineering projects, promoting the smooth realization of innovation goals, and improving innovation efficiency and management and decision-making level in the innovation process.
