Based On Gis Of Changji In Decision-making Research Of Basic Farmland

Cultivated land is the basis for human survival and development, land directlyaffect the food security, basic farmland is the essence of the cultivated land, thefarmland land protection is the essence of the implementation of cultivated landprotection.In January14,2014,the Ministry of land and Resources Minister JiangDaming said,China will demarcate permanent basic farmland, city development andecological protection boundary line,the protection of land resources.This research is based on Xinjiang Changji city as the research area, Take thegeographic information technology as the foundation,according to Changji city(2010-2020) by changing the achievement database and the city of Changjiagricultural land classification and gradation in2011,according to the overall planningof land use land,using analytic hierarchy process Dephi method, CIS special analysismethod,weighted and sorting Changji City,the delineation of basic farmlandprotection areas of space layout.The main contents of this thesis include the following four aspects:(1)Understanding of cultivated land and basic farmland, farmland classificationand grading,and general land use planning concept, familiar with the domestic andforgeign research status quo of basic farmland demarcated,management,protection,Understand the basic farmland demarcated policies and regulations,so as to study theinfluencing factors of basic farmland was selected.(2)In Changji achievements of farmland classification and grading,and the basisof the general land use planning,selection of evaluation factors,the basic farmland inthe evaluation index system of score,and determine its weight.(3)Establishment of basic farmland in the evaluation index system.(4)Choose Visual basic6.0as development tool,in order to Map the Object forthe GIS secondary development platform,research and design of Changji basic farmland to be included in the system based on GIS.This research take good quality, reasonable layout of the cultivated land forbasic farmland as the main purpose of applied research,establish a scientific andreasonable and conform to the local actual conditions of basic farmland insystem,which has a positive meaning for the application of the protection of basicfarmland.The results of the research will promote the protection of basic farmlandmanagement and assist other land management,at the same time,it make greatimportant practical significance for them.
