Biophoton emission is a universal phenomenon of life, exists in a variety of animals,plants, algae, and microbial systems. The typical intensity of spontaneously photon emission(SPE) is in order of10-16–10-18W/cm2, about1-100photons/s·cm2. The spectrum ofbiophoton emission is almost continuous within the range of at least200-800nm. Biophotonemission as a product of metabolism of living systems, it can be understood as biomoleculartransition from high-energy state to low-energy state, carrying a large amount of internalinformation of microscopic life system. A large number of experimental results show thatbiophoton emission on life inside and outside the system of environmental change is highlysensitive. Therefore, biophoton emission can react internal changes integrally. Biophotonemission detection technology has been widely used in food quality testing, quality testing ofcosmetics, agriculture crop resistance, medicine and environmental protection and otherfields.In today’s highly developed modern medicine, Western medicine has caused a hugeimpact on the original TCM theory."Chinese modernization" has got national attention andin-depth development. Based on the overall concept and the quantum theory of biophotoncoherent, combined with research ideas of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicinetheory, by comparison and discussion of the way of thinking and feature between the TCMtheory and quantum theory, Professor Han Jinxiang presented to the new understanding of thequantum theory of traditional Chinese medicine that transformed traditional Chinese medicinetheory with quantum theory is feasible. The core idea is covering TCM, meridians, syndromedifferentiation and quantum explanation of Chinese herbal medicine and tried to usebiophoton detection technology to verify the theory. Biophoton detection technology isdifferent with conventional analysis techniques, has the advantages of rapid, sensitive, reliable,non-destructive. Currently our country does not have a more advanced and complete systemof traditional Chinese herbs biophoton emission detection.In this thesis, according to testing requirements of Chinese herbs biophoton emission, thenew biophoton detection system was set up and got partial modification (such as the choice oflight source and the location of sample stage). And the detect environment and the experimental conditions for Chinese herbs were optimized.In this paper, according to the quantum hypothesis of properties of Chinese herbs, by theanalysis of the biophoton emission intensity in different parts of Chinese herbs, we found thatthe different parts of Chinese herbs have different biophoton emission intensity, the similarparts of Chinese herbs have the smaller difference and the different parts of Chinese herbshave great difference on biophoton emission intensity. Preliminary view in the detection offour properties theory of Chinese herbs, the analysis of same part of Chinese herbs is feasible.In this paper, by test and analysis of the spectrum of Chinese herbs biophoton emission,we found that the single meridian, double meridian, multi-meridian Chinese herbs which hasthe same lung meridian in550nm-610nm band has a common emission peak, initiallyspeculated that there is a certain relationship between Chinese herbs meridian and itsspectrum, its law needs large sample further test.
