The biophoton emission is a general phenomenon of living systems in nature,the emission intensity is very weak. Such as growth and development, disease and death, changes in cell division and differentiation,the demise and generate of macromolecules, the changes of nucleic acids and the changes in the external environment lead to the changes of biophoton emission. Therefore,the biophoton emission detection is actually to get activity information of the living body.“Chinese modernization”has got national attention and in-depth development. Professor Han Jinxiang proposed quantum theory of traditional Chinese medicine, including the core content of TCM, meridians,the quantum interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine that transformed the theory with biophoton detection technology. All living system have the biophoton emission which changes with the variation of the internal tissue and the external environment. biophoton detection technology use the feature to detecte the living information of life system. Traditional detection methods is to detecte single component that the method lack of integrality. Biophoton detection technology can provide comprehensive information of the basic characteristics of living body when the composition is unknown.It widely used in agriculture, food safety, environmental monitoring, pharmaceutical industry.Our team is using the Scenedesmus as biomarkers to detect the biophoton emission of other samples. Biological indicator is a standard of bioluminescent samples, it is very sensitive to the change of external environment, the biophoton emission behavior would be different when the same indicator in different liquid environment. By measuring the different luminescence behavior can reflect the different liquid environment, which can realize the distinction between the liquid. Through optimizing the culture conditions of the Scenedesmus and investigating the Scenedesmus physiological characteristics of biophoton emission change rule,lay a foundation for the Scenedesmus as biological indicator.In this thesis,by test and analysis of the biophoton emission of the Scenedesmus in different growth stages and growth density.Eventually found the suitable growth phase and growth density of the Scenedesmus as a bioindicator. The culture conditions of the Scenedesmus were optimized. Realized the standardized training and screening of the Scenedesmus.Biophoton emission is very weak,therefore high sensitivity and accuracy are required.And a number of experiment conditions need to be optimized. In this paper, a preliminary experiment to determine the optimal the interval time and dark adaptation time, to ensure high signal intensity measured in the experiment.In the discussion of the application of the Scenedesmus, the Scenedesmus for a preliminary experiment to explore the heavy metal detection applications and traditional Chinese medicine applications. Studies have shown that ultra-weak luminescence of the Scenedesmus and the content of copper ions, traditional Chinese medicine black pepper are closely related, lay the foundation for the next experiment.
