Land use, economic growth and ecological service influence each other and restrict each other, economic interests as the main purpose of land use structure adjustment, inevitably lead to consumption at the expense of natural resources, the system of ecological service function. Funjin city, as an important commodity grain base, twenty years of development, the landscape pattern of land use change significantly. Therefore, from the angle of landscape pattern dynamic research the ecological service value change, land sustainable utilization to provide a scientific advice and technical support for FuJin city.In this paper, the integrated use of the theory of landscape ecology, sustainable development, man-earth relationship, ecosystem service function, remote sensing and geographical information technology, by using of TM remote sensing image, through the Fujin city land use structure, quantity and landscape pattern index changes, analyzing the land use and landscape pattern change in Fujin city, using of ecosystem services value evaluation model to evaluate the ecosystem service value of Fujin city and its changes. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Land use change analysis. Used of a single land use change rate, land use degree and transfer matrix of land use type model to analyze the number of land use coverage change process, structure characteristics and its change. The area of the cultivated land, construction land was increased in1990-2000, respectively take up total area of the land56.90%,1.50%increase to68.34%,2.39%; however, the percentage of forest land, grassland, wetland, water and land that difficult to use was decreased. From2000to2010, cultivated land area was still keep upward trend, increased by37750.33hm2; wetland area continued to fall, decreased by70406.30hm2; Construction land area kept increase, and the area increased to34852.52hm2, forest land and grassland were increased little, water and other use of land still showed a trend of decrease. The average of land use degree index in Fujin was2.85, which is higher than the average of the nation. It illustrate that land development degree is high in Fujin.(2) Landscape pattern change analysis. Accorded to the theory of landscape ecology, chose edge number, fractal dimension, patch density and so on10representative landscape index, by using landscape index model to analyze the landscape pattern change in Fujin city. Landscape pattern presented higher heterogeneity and fragmentation increase land use diverse landscape features from1990to2010in research area. Farmland landscape dominance in Fujin, dominant in the landscape pattern formation; however wetland declining influence on landscape pattern; Forest land, grassland influence after the first reduce the increase; construction land showed a trend of increase to the influence on landscape pattern; water and other use of land showed a declining trend of influence. Population and economic is the study area land use landscape pattern changes the main human driving factors.(3) Analysis of ecosystem service value change. Based on the theory of ecosystem services, in the base of Xie Gaodi and other experts, added to the equivalent factor of land used for construction purposes, identified per unit area ecosystem service value, Using Costanza ecosystem services value formula, in different time, different land types, different from three perspectives of ecological service function analysis its ecosystem services value. The results showed that:The ecological service value presented a reducing trend, reduced12.48billion yuan. Cultivated land of ecological service value kept increasing, from458376.06increased to587515.06; wetland and construction land ecosystem service value continued to reduce, from21.4585616billion yuan,-237.4419million yuan decreased to7.8490763billion yuan,-84.1608million yuan; forest land and grassland ecological service value after the first reduce increased, water and other land ecosystem service value showed a trend of decrease. Cultivated land and wetland’s contribution to the ecological service value were the largest. Cultivated land afforded ecological service value from15.70%increased to35.10%, wetland afforded ecological service value from73.50%decreased to46.95%. Land use structure change make the critical role in ecosystem service value change. At the same time per unit area yield of grain and social economic development change of ecosystem service payment willingness and ability to pay for their impact also made great influence.
