As a kind of landscaping plant, Crassulaceae plant has not only very good economic and medicinal effects, but also the high prospect of landscape application. While due to the lacking of research papers about crassulaceae resistance and evaluation system of crassulaceae resistance, the landscape application of Crassulaceae plant has been limited to a great extent. This paper mainly do research on the resistance of Sedum polytrichoides and Sedum lineare cv.’Jin Ye’. By respectively carrying out drought stress treatment, waterlogged stress treatment and salt stress treatment on these two kinds of plants, the author has observed the changes of their external morphological characteristics, determined the contents of malondialdehyde, free proline, soluble sugar and chlorophyll of the physiological indexes of blades, and then comprehensively evaluated the test by using the method of subordinate function value of fuzzy mathematics and variance analysis. Now the results are as follows:(1) The influence of the degree of drought stress on plant:as drought stress deepens, the experimental group grows weaker than the control group, two kinds of crassulaceae plants appear curly leaves, yellow, wilting symptom such as dry, and two kinds of plants are symptoms started at about15days.As drought stress deepens, the changes of soluble sugar content of Sedum polytrichoides is first increased and then decreased while the opposite S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’; the changes of free proline content of Sedum polytrichoides is first increased and then decreased while the opposite of S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’; the Changes of soluble sugar content of Sedum polytrichoides is first increased and then decreased, while S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’was increased; the two plants showed a trend of steady rise of the change of chlorophyll content. According to morphological changes and physiological indicators, the drought resistance ability of drought resistance of Sedum polytrichoides is stronger than that of S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’. The drought resistance abilities of these two kinds of plants can be greatly measured through morphological changes and the changes of malondialdehyde, free proline, soluble sugar and chlorophyll contents.(2) The influence of the degree of waterlogging stress on plant:when the stress deepens, the external morphological changes of these two plants occur in different time and to different degrees. Besides, the control group grows better than the experimental group. Under the waterlogging stress the content of two kinds of plants malondialdehyde showed a steady downward;the free proline content first increased and then decreased of the two plants; Changes of soluble sugar content of Sedum polytrichoides decreased, while S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’increased first and then decreased; The changes of chlorophyll content of Sedum polytrichoides first increased and then decreased, S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’then fell steadily. The conclusion of the comprehensive evaluation is that the waterlogging resistance ability of Sedum polytrichoides is stronger than that of S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’. The changes of chlorophyll can well reflect the waterlogging resistance ability,. While whether the changes of malondialdehyde, free proline, and soluble sugar contents could reflect the waterlogging resistance ability needs further research.(3)In salt stress treatment, the two plants are both highly sensitive to salt, and neither of they grow well. What’s more, with the intensification of salt stress, the plants grow weaker and weaker, and even they die after twenty-five days. With the increasing salt stress, changes of Sedum polytrichoides’malondialdehyde content was first increased and then decreased, while the opposite of S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’; Changes of proline content of Sedum polytrichoides was first increased and then decreased, but S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’into steady decline; the Sedum polytrichoides’soluble sugar content changes due to the decreasing trend, and the S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’was first increased and thendecreased; there has a downward trend in chlorophyllcontent of the Sedum polytrichoides, and S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’maintain relatively stable state. The conclusion of the comprehensive evaluation is that the salt resistance ability of S. lineare cv.’Jin Ye’is stronger than that of Sedum polytrichoides. The changes of malondialdehyde, free proline and chlorophyll contents can also determine the salt resistance abilities of these two kinds of crassulaceae plants.(4)The two widely used crassulaceae plants of the garden:because its have intensive growth, good coverage, rapid growth, resistant to strong light exposure, drought resistance and other advantages, is a good roof greening materials; At the same time can match with halosols deserts as good groundcover plants; With rock can form a good landscape effect, can be used as a rock garden landscape materials; Leaves small, plant closely, shoot sex is strong, resistant to clip, is ideal green stone material and so on.
