This experiment takes Allium mongolicum Regel seeds stored for 2 to 4 years as the research object, and studies the effects of different concentrations of adhesives, water retaining agents, plant growth regulators, and different ratios of fillers such as vermiculite and activated carbon on the germination characteristics of Allium mongolicum Regel seeds. The optimal pelletizing treatment scheme is selected;Simultaneously simulating drought and saline-alkali experiments to reveal the effects of pelleting treatment on the seed vitality, antioxidant system, and osmotic regulating substances of Allium mongolicum under adverse conditions. This provides reference for improving the seed vitality of Allium mongolicum, ensuring field emergence, full seedling, and strong seedling. The experimental results show that:(1)A polyvinyl alcohol solution with a mass fraction of 4%,a polyacrylamide solution with a mass fraction of 10%,a vermiculite activated carbon ratio of 1:1 as a filling agent, and a concentration of 100 mg/L of gibberellin are the most suitable coating materials for Allium mongolicum seeds.2)Under drought stress, the germination of Allium mongolicum seeds is inhibited when the concentration of PEG-6000 is≥10%.The germination indicators of pelletized Allium mongolicum seeds were higher than those of naked seeds. The SOD and CAT activities of pelletized Allium mongolicum seeds and naked seeds showed an increasing trend with the prolongation of drought stress time, while the POD activity showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The SOD,CAT,and POD activities of pelleted Allium mongolicum seeds were higher than those of naked seeds, and the activity decreased with the extension of storage life; The osmotic regulatory substances such as soluble protein, soluble sugar, and proline in pelleted and naked seeds of Allium mongolicum increased with the prolongation of drought stress time.At the same time, the content of osmotic regulatory substances in pelleted Allium mongolicum seeds was higher than that in naked seeds; The content of MDA and H2O2 also increased with the extension of drought stress time, and the content of naked seeds was significantly higher than that of pelleted Allium mongolicum seeds, and the content increased with the increase of storage years.(3)Under saline alkali stress, the germination of Allium mongolicum seeds is inhibited when the salt alkali concentration is≥25 mmol/L.The germination indicators of pelletized Allium mongolicum seeds were higher than those of naked seeds. The SOD,CAT,and POD activities of pelleted Allium mongolicum seeds and naked seeds showed an increasing trend with the prolongation of salt alkali stress time. The SOD,CAT,and POD activities of pelleted Allium mongolicum seeds were higher than those of naked seeds, and the activity decreased with the extension of storage years; The osmotic regulatory substances such as soluble protein, soluble sugar, and proline in the pelleted and naked seeds of Allium mongolicum increased with the prolongation of salt alkali stress time.At the same time, the content of osmotic regulatory substances in the pelleted seeds of Allium mongolicum was higher than that in the naked seeds; The content of MDA and H2O2 also increased with the extension of salt alkali stress time, and the content of naked seeds was higher than that of pelleted Allium mongolicum seeds, and the content increased with the increase of storage years.
