Currently,most of the supply chain in the design only considered the factors under the normal stable and non-interruption conditions , however,the study in its unsafe conditions were ignored.Through the introduction of adaptable supply chain concept,this papers study the issues which the traditional supply chain change to the adaptive supply chain.The issue of adaptive supply chain organized is an optimzation problem after final analysis.Through access to a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper first expounded the background of the birth of the adaptive supply chain and research status at home and abroad,the research on the issue of inadequate and so far,then,on this basis, optimized traditional supply chain according to the three aspects of the supply and logistics network,the manufacturing and loistics network and the inventory management,and establish the model which supply chain change to the adaptive supply chain.The research of this paper include the following aspects:First, the (mathematical programming methods )MP of tacticians were used to establish a mathematical programming model of the supply and logistics network, and the fuzzy multi-objective optimization methods were used to achieve the multi-objective optimization of supply chain costs, inventory and time performance. The optimized supply chain child networks were found by this method.Then,taking construciton modle of the entire supply chain as places,the manufacturing logistics network analytic framework model of the adaptive supply chain were established,so that the performance of network were analyzed.Secondly,the joint inventory management thory were applied to the adaptive supply chain;the full inventory cost model which include stock cost,storage cost and order cost were establish by mathematical methods according to the coordination control problem of the joint inventory in the supply chain;the inventory models were globally optimized by the genetic algorithm (GA).Finally,the supply chain network of the Valeo company was taked as example,verifing the feasible of this modle and algorithm.
