The Research Of Corruption Risk Management In Tianjin Meteorological Service

Corruption is a common problem in the world today, all nations and regions areperplexed by the corrupt phenomenon in varying degrees. Presently in our country,anti-corruption fight situation is still grim, the duty is still arduous. At the backgroundof global climate change and the rapid economic development, the meteorologicalservice is getting more and more important. It is necessary to strengthen theconstruction of anti-corruption in meteorological service and create healthyenvironment for the development of meteorological work. Corruption riskmanagement has provided one new way for the corruption prevention, which appliesmodern management theories such as risk management theory, total qualitymanagement theory and behavioral science theory to anti-corruption work.The corruption case in meteorological service which occurred in recent yearswere analyzed based on the idea of corruption prevention and reviewed the theoryorigin of corruption risk management in this paper. On the other hand, the corruptionrisk in the work of meteorological service was pointed out by enumerating cases ofmeteorological service, and set forth the significance of the corruption riskmanagement in meteorological service.Meanwhile Ningbo and Kunshan who didgood jobs in this field were chosen to illustrate the feasibility and positive effects ofcorruption risk management.This article emphatically introduced the main contents and the realizing methodof corruption risk management in Tianjin meteorological service, as well as theachievements and existing problems of this work. In order to promote the applicationof modern management concepts in prevention of corruption，improve corruption riskmanagement and then promote the healthy development of meteorological service, thecountermeasures and suggestions of improve the corruption risk management inTianjin meteorological service in future were put forward.
