During the years between 1980s and 1990s,The East-Euro radical revolution, the unity of west and east Germany, the splitting of Soviet Union, have brought lots of new chances to the unity of Europe. The mid-east European countries located in the crossing point between east and west culture, is of important position strategically, and always has become a hot place to be taken over by powerful countries historically. In the new situation after the end of cold war, great changes have happened to the geographical political outline of mid-east European countries. In spite of escaping the control from Soviet Union and Hausa organizations, they won the independence, lost the dependence upon the original politics, economics and safety, and needed to seek the new security guard. Through tens of years development, European union has improved much not only in economics, but also heighten the political status, and got a significant impact in the current world's framework of politics and economics. Only when joining the Europe, can the east European countries only get the protection and maximize their own interests. Hence, those countries, aiming to return to the big European family, have proposed the slogan of'returning to Europe'. This is a great opportunity for those euro countries to turn the dream of big Europe into reality. Honestly speaking, the eastern euro enlargement strategy based on the idea of big Europe is more dependent on lots of current situations, euro union want to take this opportunity to expand their power into mid-east, aiming to strengthen their impact and status internationally. Therefore, the hope for east euro countries to join euro can be quickly reached, expanding the euro union.It is true that European union'eastern enlargement has a significant impact on the unity of Europe.
