Study On Capacity Enlargement And Technology Improvement Plan Of Nitrochlorobenzene Equipment In YJ Factory

Since late 90's in the 20th century, nitrochlorobenzene production has developedrapidly in our country, many sets of nitrochlorobenzene equipments have been newlybuilt or enlarged in capacity in the whole country, as a result, the market competitionhas become more and more fiercely. The nitrochlorobenzene productionand hasexhibited an increasing technologized, scale-up, fine,globlized trend in the worldwiderange. In order to enhance the competitiveness in nitrochlorobenzene market and keepthe sustainable development. The nitrochlorobenzene production equipment with theoriginal annual capacity of 8000 tons was decided in YJ factory to carry out thetechnological modification to enlarge the capacity and improve the product quality.Based on the thorough analysis of the general situation of nitrochlorobenzeneproduction all over the world and present state of YJ factory, the main problems hasbeen found;based on the thorough analysis of the opportunity, threat, advantage anddisadvantage, the overall plan for capacity enlargement and technology innovation hasbeen determined. Combining the survey and comparison with the actual situations inYJ factory, a production enlargement and modification plan has been chosen with thedistinct characteristics: advanced technology route, stable and reliable operation, lowone-time investment cost, low production cost. Meanwhile, according to the principleof sustainable development, a scheme plan concerning the wastewater treatment andenergy-source overall utilization has been proposed.Based on the analysis of the market requirement, the actual state of the originalequipments, the calculation of break-even, a rational economical scale has beendetermined. In order to improve the product quality, a deep analysis on the mainfactors including people, equipment, raw materials, technology control criteria hasbeen presented by the guideline idea of improving the quality continuously and by themethod of total quality management(TQM), and the feasible strategy to guarantee theproduct quality has been presented. Through the financial analysis, the feasibilityconcerning the production enlargement and modification plan has been assessed usingthe necessary data. In the end, a summary has been given about the plan, theadvantages and disadvantages has been pointed out, suggestions on the furtherdevelopment of YJ factory has been offered, the developing direction has been set up.
