Agriculture is the basis of national economy and it has been attached much importance by the government with the rapid development of our national economy. An important factor in the development of agriculture is the circulation of agricultural materials and products, namely, agriculture logistics, besides the technology advancement and political support. In order to do agriculture logistics efficiently, the choice of evaluation methods is indispensable because we need understand the current systems better. By the evaluation of agriculture logistics systems, we can find out the weakness of local agriculture logistics situation, so that feasible decisions could be made. How should we evaluate agriculture logistics systems? How should we do to optimize regional agriculture logistics systems? The research on this problem has much applied value.As one of the most important branches of mathematics,optimization theory and method solve the problems of how to find the best project and computing the best answer. It has been applied quickly in many fields because these problems are popular. For decision making, evaluation is indispensable and its result is the basis of decision making. Some of the conventional evaluation methods have much subjectivity and lack quantitative analysis, while some other methods are not ideal when used directly although they are based on quantitative analysis, because the real problems are usually complicated and ambiguous. As a result, the methods should be improved. Then how should we quantify those qualitative data? How should we make models for large systems with optimal methods? It is significant to study these problems theoretically.The innovation is as follows.1,Put forward the application of ANP method on agriculture logistics system. Build the evaluation index system.2,Put forward the relative effectively evaluation method, and apply it to the agriculture logistics system.3,What's more, the paper brings forward a new method Fuzzy-DEA. The application is also given.4,Improve the method put forward by Xi kuanwu, the paper combined the AHP method with subordinate degree method.
