With the 10 years' development, Launch Tech Co. Ltd. (Launch), a high-tech enterprise, has acquired brilliant achievements. The scale and economic profits of Launch is at the top of the similar trade. With China entry to WTO, Launch faces the fiercely competitive market. Launch encounters great difficulties. However, we have great advantages in brand, technology, and experience in management. At present we have great difficulties as well as good opportunities. Situated at the crossroad of development, we need to layout the direction of advancement of Launch. It plays an important role in future.The thesis analyzes the general environment, industry environment, competitive environment, and internal environment. In terms of the SWOT analytical method, it studies the competitive advantages, disadvantages, opportunity, and potential threat to Launch. It determines the future development goal: internationalization strategy. Through implementing the internationalization strategy, Launch could expand the resource foundation;upgrade the automotive electronics key technology and the organizational management ability of internationalization, and enhance the international competitive ability. In order to realize the goal of internationalization, Launch must take practical measures on organizational structure, core competition, technological innovation ability, international marketing ability, global overall cost leadership, human resources, cross-culture management, strategic alliances, etc.The internationalization strategic planning of Launch is researched into this paper that can be provided some methods and ideas for other relative high-tech enterprises.
