Research On Strategic Planning Patterns In High-tech Enterprises

Starting with a dynamic,complex and changing environment which high-tech enterprise are facing under the knowledge-economy condition,this article specifics to the defects of the traditional strategic planning patton,be aim for building strategic planning patterns for high-tech enterprise,using methods of literature research and comparative research,analyzes the problem of traditional strategic thinking patton and traditional strategic planning patton.It is believed that it is necessary to solve the problem of the strategic planning patterns in high-tech enterprise under the knowledge-economy condition and it has practical significance in reality.Based on the importance of technical capabilities for high-tech enterprise and the defects of the traditional strategic planning patton,this article builds strategic planning patterns which are suitable for high-tech enterprise,points out:strategic planning of high-tech enterprise should be based on technology planning,through the analysis of technical capabilities of high-tech enterprise to identify market opporttmities in the environment,combined with the analysis of customer value of high-tech enterprise and the industrial environment to select the industry and the development of products.In the research of supporting conditions of strategic planning patton of high-tech enterprise,this article finds that in addition to create a favorable external environment for the development of high-tech enterprise and improve the technological innovation environment system,it is necessary to start fi'om the high-tech enterprise.This article identifies environment supporting conditions,the organizations structure of high-tech enterprise,the motivations of knowledge employee,shaping the innovation corporation culture of high-tech enterprise as the important conditions of the strategic planning pattern and demonstrates the reasonableness of these conditions.As for the process of strategic planning patton of high-tech enterprise,this article focuses on the selection of R&D pattern of high-tech enterprise,technology planning based on the life-cycle of high-tech enterprise,the principles and methods of product development of high-tech enterprise,at the same time,analyses the customer value of high-tech enterprise and industry environment.It is believed that,under the guidance of mission and vision of high-tech enterprise,tho strategic planning of high-tech enterprise should through R&D planning,technology planning and product planning and combined with the analysis of customer value of high-tech enterprise and industry environment to establish strategic planning which are suitable for high-tech enterprise.
