The middle-small private manufacturing enterprises have been developed rapidly in the Pearl River Delta recently;however, there are many problems about the configuration of human resource in them. These problems were listed and the main reasons were analyzed in this thesis. After that, a basic model to resolve these problems was conceived with the principles and methods of human resource management. Firstly, how to make up an appropriate program of human resource for the enterprises was discussed;Secondly, the work analysis based on the characteristics of the enterprises and how to implement the job design and position setup were taken into account. Then, with the basis of the two fore-mentioned parts, the workflow on how to construct the human resource configuration was presented. The emphasis of that was the workflow and manipulation of the primary aspects, such as the candidate selection, promotion, exchange, elimination, and so on, as well as the ways to constitute the institution of the personal backup for key position;At last, how to improve the inspirit system and other relative problems were discussed. This thesis was expected to be useful for the human resource configuration of these developing middle-small private manufacture enterprises.
