The development of internationalurban agglomeration is becoming more and more mature, the center of the growingrole of city, urban agglomeration trend of internal division of labor cooperation,China should participate in international competition must improve thecompetitiveness of the urban agglomeration, and as the leader in the Yangtze riverdelta and the pearl river delta urban agglomeration development in our country due tothe start of the vulgar management also gradually into the development bottleneck,coupled with the impact of the international financial crisis, the advantage of China asthe workshop of the world is no longer apparent, new economic growth point hasbeen gradually from the coastal areas to the central areas,"the triangle" because of itslocation advantage and the foundation strength to undertake industrial transfer in thecoastal area, become a new fourth growth pole in our country.Because the triangle is in the initial construction phase, the center city function isweak, imperfect structure of urban agglomerations, industrial problems and barriers totrade, serious development patterns are not fundamental change, it is in need of aunified planning to integrate the development of the triangle.
