Analysis Of China's Unemployment And Study On Employment In Our Nation

Since 1990's, the situation of employment in our nation is severer than before。 The characteristic are rapidly increased out-of-work population, diversification of unemployment and complexity of the unemployment personnel and so on. A certainty of unemployment is necessary to a nation, but a large quantity of people out of work will restrict, and even endanger the individual, our nation, and our society.The reason of unemployment in our nation is anfractuous. Following the general idea, unemployment is the result of necessity, which is the basic reason of unemployment;and furthermore, our nation is in a special period, no matter in the development of economy or the society. The rapid increase of the labor's age, the reform of the system, the regulation of the industrial structure, the periodicity fluctuate of economy and surplus labors in countryside, which induce the serious unemployment problem.To settle the unemployment problem in our nation, we should enlarge the demand of labor, strengthen the labor market, dredge the channel of employment, increase the investment of human resources, sound the system of social security and transfer the surplus labor in countryside by different approaches. And we should also take complex measures, balance the relationship of supply and demand, and get the basic ideas and countermeasures settling unemployment on the stage of our nation.The thesis is divided to four parts:The induction part, introducing the background and reason to choose the topic.The first part bases on summaries of literatures and theories about unemployment and employment.The second part demonstrates impersonal necessities of unemployment in primary phase of socialism in China.The third part probes into the countermeasures settling the problems of unemployment and reemployment, based on comparisons and benefits from the policies of other countries.
