On China-R.O.K Economic And Political Relations Under The Background Of Economical Globalization

Economical Globalization is the main treat of the world now. It deeply influences international relations, including national sovereignty and interests, national security, nationalism, international actors, the new order of international economics, global problems and global governance. Therefore economical globalization is an important circumstance of the research and development of China-R.O.K (Republic Of Korea) economical and political relations.Under the background of economical globalization, the cooperation of China-R.O.K economical relations is outstanding, such as intimacy of trade, mutual supplement of industries, energy cooperation, environmental cooperation, tourism cooperation, culture industry cooperation, and integrity of area economics. However, the competition of China-R.O.K economical relations is not also neglectful, especially imbalance of trade, conflicts of agriculture, competition of ocean interests and international market. In addition, the investment of R.O.K in China plays an important role in economical relations between two countries.Economical Globalization melts and rebuilds international relations structure of Northeast Asia during and after Cold War. In this influence, China-R.O.K political relations demonstrates trait of stage. After setting up official relations, China carries out policies of R.O.K including economic foreign policies, balancing foreign policies, cooperation foreign policies, and non-governmental foreign policies. R.O.K performs a setting of policies of China, including political cooperation, economical profit and the new foreign policy of R.O.K.Under the background of economical globalization, the development of China-R.O.K relations should adhere to following principles: mutual benefit of economics, cooperation of security, mutual trust of politics, simultaneousness of government and non-government, and synchronism of politics, economics and culture.
