The Research On Competition And Cooperation Relations And Pricing Mechanisms Of Seaport Enterprise

The research on competition and cooperation relations and pricing machanisms of seaport enterprise is important and pivotal in the daily management. The exact orientation and the according pricing decisions have played an important effects on the improving service level and increasing profits of enterprise.In this dissertation, the seaport enterprise has been studied as a target. From the two points of view, respectively transverse seaports and lognitudinal seaport supply chain, the competition and cooperation relations of seaports or its upriver and downriver enterprises have been studied, which has been as the theory start to analyze the pricing methods and policies of transverse seaports and lognitudinal seaport supply chain. At last, the current economic development trendency and dissemination of electronic commerce have been considered so that the pricing strategies of enterprise under the circumstance of EC have been discussed. To sum up, the competition and cooperation relations and pricing methods have been lucubrated omnidirectionally from the interspace dimensionality(transverse seaprots and lognitudinal seaport supply chain) and the time dimensionality( tranditional pricing methods of seaport enterprise to that under the circumstances of EC). Here are some research contents.The first section has comprised chapter 1 and chapter 2, which has primarily reviewed the basic competition and cooperation relations and pricing methods and brought forward the research background, contents and framework of dissertation.The second section has comprised chapter 3 primarily and analyzed the competition and cooperation relations and pricing methods among the seaport enterprises or the seaport supply chain. In the end of this section, Dalian seaport as a research target, a demonstration has been analyzed in the competition and cooperation relations and pricing decisions in DaLian and neighborly YingKou seaport about the ironstone transportation.The third section has taken chapter 4 as a research main body. In this section, seaport supply chain with the seaprot enterpris at the core has been brought forward and whose essences and charateristics have been dissected. At last, a game model of seaprot supply chian has been structered.The forth section has comprised maily chapter 5. The new trendencies of seaport enterprise pricing have been discussed and the agile pricing and auction methods have been analyzed.Finally, the research works and results of this dissertation have been summed up and some innovations have been brought forward.
