The aim of the strategy is that several main industries leading status in our country and driven the all manufacturing development, then makes Luoyang the manufacturing center of Midwest China. The key of strategy is the development of industry of oil processing and coking, industry of colored metals smelting and pressing, special equipment manufacturing and industry of spinning. It is focused on these industries development with the purpose of driving whole manufacturing development. The measures of strategy are absorbing persons with ability, transferring of technology, setting up of society credit, and competitiveness, improvement of state-owned enterprises etc. However, the manufacturing industry in Luoyang must take a way of sustainable development.
