Design And Application Of Intelligent Warehouse Management And Logistics System Of Energy Metering Center

Under the background of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce, which strengthens the influence of logistics cost for electrical measuring equipments. How to reduce the logistics cost of electrical measuring equipments through the transport of enterprises, has become an important proposition of enterprise efficiency. This paper generalizes the research achievements at home and abroad, and introduces the warehouse management system and logistics management theory. Then we analyze the planning data of intelligent storage logistics system of the electric energy metering center, from industry characteristics, company status and 11 requirements like overall design requirement and civil construction demand.On this basis, we propose the scheme of intelligent logistics system for electric energy metering center of Taian power supply company, including detailed logistics solution design and implementation scheme design. Specifically, we draw the layout diagram, list six main components of Taian intelligent warehouse management and logistics system of electric power supply company, and introduce concrete construction plan, technical parameters and equipment function of the key technology and equipment like automated stereoscopic warehouse, AGV system, software control system. Combining a number of key technologies of modern equipment and designs, this system can provide effective intelligent information management platform for electric energy metering center,improve the outbound and inspection efficiency of electric energy measuring instruments,reduce logistics cost, thus help to improve quality of work and service, and give a reference for similar enterprises to improve their products logistics and business performance.
