Study On Some Issues Of Development Of Chongqing Iron&Steel Design Institute(CISDI)

Chongqing Iron&Steel Design Institute(CISDI) is a traditional Design Institute. Itwas very successful in planned economy and from planned economy to marketeconomy. But the international economy environment charged greatly in recent years.These changes will deeply influence the development of CISDI. This thesis combines its subjects closely with the reform of the state economicsystem and scientific and technological system.On the basis of the comprehensive analyses to the internal factors and externalenvironment of CISDI, the author, by applying the modern economics andmanagement theories and drawing lessons from the reform of scientific andtechnological system in china and the other countries, puts forward that the model ofdevelopment strategy of CISDI should be industrialization and the establishment of ahigh-tech enterprise group which take CISDI as the core. Meanwhile, the author alsodraws out the development strategy of CISDI and some significant tactics forimplementing the strategies are raised, including business units development ,organizational structure, human resources, science and technology, informationsystem, globalization, investment and financing.Besides, the author puts forward some original ideas about universal issues in thecourse of the reform of scientific and technological enterprises.
