Study On Competence Evaluation Of Large Enterorises

The purpose of this essay is to evaluate the competence of largeenterprises, and combined with the characters of large enterprises, to designpertinency indexes system, in order to evaluate the real competence of largeenterprises. This essay focuses on evaluating competence of large enterprises,and uses the method of fuzzy mathematics, AHP, and constructs the indexessystem model to do the evaluation.First of all, it concludes and analyzes the basic characters, namely theadvantages and disadvantages, and the developing directions of domestic andoverseas large enterprises. These characters are sometimes the origins of theircompetitive predominance. Thus to analyze these characters is to look for oftheir competitive predominance, and to construct evaluating indexes system.Secondly, this essay puts forwards the indexes system model aiming atlarge enterprises. It eliminates many "large" indexes in the indexes system, inorder to evaluate the real competence of large enterprises, meanwhile doesn'tignore the scale effect brought by the scale of large enterprises, thus get acomplex indexes system. This indexes system mainly includes three layers ofindexes, which divides competence of large enterprises into three aspects:viability, developing ability and environment effect.At last, this essay constructs the competence evaluation model of largeenterprises, and uses the fuzzy mathematics method.
