Study On The Economic Value Of Electricity In Taiyuan City

Based on the Granger casual analysis model and ECM, this paper analyses systematicallythe casual and long-term cooperative setting relation between power industry and economic inTaiyuan. Then we obtain a bidirection relation, it is obvious that the increment of theelectricity quantity has great impact on the development of GDP. The electricity quantity ofthe first industry has positive effect on the GDP, and GDP of the second, third industry fuelsthe electricity quantity growth. From the input-output angle, based on input-output chart ofShanxi province, the paper researches the effect of the power on the economic value of eachdepartment and concludes that the value differs from different departments and sequencesthem. From the angle of statistic survey, we investigate and analysis power failure's effect todifferent users in the area of Lou Fan in Tai Yuan and then analysis the result of the survey.Finally, based on the result of electric economic value analysis, power DSM has beendiscussed. So the paper supplies the scientific evidence to better DSM work and industrialstructure regulation and improve economic lasting development under the environment ofpower shortage, missing energy resource and new power market in our country.
