Research And Scheme Design Of Demand Side Management Simulation Measures To Power Grid Enterprises

Focusing on the problem of lacking simulation measures in DSM project, this paper has carried out deep research on DSM simulation measures. After analyzing the affection and policies and regulations in our country DSM project, this paper found out several reasons for the DSM obstacle, and carried out quantitative and qualitative analysis on these reasons and then discussed the solutions. Adopting the cost-benefit analysis method, this paper carried out research on such aspect as power grid enterprise,power plant enterprise,users,intermediary organization and society. The feasibility which can benefit all aspects and stimulate the power grid enterprise's enthusiasm is discussed . Finally a series of simulation measures program are proposed and their advantage and shortcoming and suitable situation are discussed separately.
