Along with the economic development of China, the bottleneck question of energy will be more outstanding, to solve this problem, increasing only the investment of electric power plant will cause extreme waste of energy, so it is important to carry out energy-conservation on the demand side. Based on the sustainable development of electric power industry and maximizing in utilizing resource, we must attach importance to the research and development of power demand side management (DSM). Based on the application of electric power in China, the paper researches the technology of the DSM and clean development mechanism, a mathematical model of peak-valley time-of-use tariff is built, for flatting the load curve, by means of optimizing the objective function of the built mathematical model, an operable peak-valley time-of-use tariff setting method is obtained. |
