On The Construction Of Harmony Society In The Revival Of Northeast Old Industrious Bases

Harmony is a descriptive conception of social development state, which manifests the critique on realistic society and expect on aims of future society. There are two tunes of harmony and disharmony in the process of revival of current Northeast old industrial bases. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and realistic significance for the revival of Northeast old industrious bases to construct Northeast harmony society.This article firstly made scientific explanation on the concept, theoretical groundings, basic requirement etc. Of harmony society, as a result of which, the great significance to construct Northeast old industrious bases in way of harmony society is expressively clear. The author thinks that there are five inconsistency with harmony society in present Northeast old industrious bases: firstly, inconsistency between man kind and nature due to environmental damage, secondly, inconsistency between individuals and the society due to the existence of the weak group, thirdly, inconsistency, obstacle to the pace of harmony society due to the lack of reasonable social flow, fourthly, lack of efficiency system design, fifthly, defects of local culture in Northeast。 This article made thorough research on the above problems. It is important to handle the relationship between equality and efficiency, to reconsider the relationship between government and society, to re-shape the citizen idealism of Northeast people, to pay attention to moral construction. In sum, rather than deny the existence of present conflicts, we can construct Northeast harmony society step by step by our efforts.
