Lean production which has revolutionary production management and practicemanner is the third milestone of human industrialization history. Its key point is toeliminate waste in all aspects of a firm's production activities through establishingproduction system with high agility. It represents the tendency of modernmanufacturing industry ,It has been credited as the standard production managementapproach in the 21st century.Lean production, as an advanced production manner, has important realisticmeaning for improving manufacturing's production and management level of China atpresent, and swelling competitive ability of Chinese enterprise.S corporation is typical representation of state enterprise which changed fromprimary volume-produce to Lean production, many problems that S corporationoccurs are commonness problems of Chinese state manufacture enterprise. Throughthis article's analysis for S corporation's problem, combining the development ofaccurate production theory and practice of other units, it advanced some aspects that Scorporation should pay attention especially for advancing Lean production, andproviding reference for advancing Lean production of other state companies.First, do comprehensive mastermind well and earnestly, arrange plan as a wholein reason. The change of Lean production manner is a systemic project, it must definework principle,aim and time arrangement before the beginning of work to insure todo this work orderly.Second, do various preparative work of advancing Lean production well andearnestly. Lean production requires personnel and companies' fine diathesis, it mustintensify the change of thought and behavior, do integrative management ofequipments well.Third, adjust organization structure, change and adjust basal units which don'tadapt Lean production, and advancing companies' investigation and developmentability and market's reactive rapidity.Fourthly, do design and implementation of Lean production process well.1,Advance the thought of concurrent engineering, establish pull productionsystem, and softly production mode, and advancing product competitive ability.2,Manage value flow analytic technic, optimize sub-production system flowconstantly, and advancing effect and ability of entire production flow.3,Conform material circulation system, intensify cooperation relation withsupply dealer, and debasing cost ,improving efficiency.4 , Strengthen present 5S management, intensify control of design andproduction process.
