The performance management is the source and the center of the modern enterprisesupervises restrains the mechanism and the drive mechanism, is the enterprise humanresources soul. Fair, transparent, effective appraisal system, can achieve enterprise'sstrategic target, highly effective can arouse staff's enthusiasm, the creativity using theappraisal result, stimulates the staff ON potential, the performance management throughthe level-to-level administration, the lamination appraisal, causes the power andresponsibility to be clear about, the post responsibility realization arrives, themanagement is defined.A comprehensive analysis& studies on the performance management & appraisalsystem of oil products sales enterprise was presented in this paper with the help of thecurrent performance management theory and performance appraisal methods,designshas been suitable for the petroleum sale enterises key perfoermances indieators(KPI) thecompound appraisal pattern which unifies with the Balanece sor card.rested on thispattern ,the application analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and so on the method hasestablished the PetroChina Shandong Marketing Company's peformance appraisal system.At first, On the basis of the study on the performance management theory andpractice, a new performance management & appraisal system of oil products salesenterprise , which is oriented with new selling and management system by means ofrepresentative performance management & appraisal methods, was put forward.Furthermore, the methods and operation flow of oil products sales enterpriseperformance management & appraisal system were also introduced in this paper.Finally,from the analysis of the develepment strategic for PetroChina ShandongMarketing Company, the index and implement result of oil products sales enterprise wereexpatiated on in this paper.
