Because the competition become more and more severe and the environmentbecome more complex, it is very important to combine Knowledge Management (KM)and Project Management (PM) to adapt the new environment. Knowledge Sharing(KS) will promote the knowledge innovation and enhance the ability of perpetualcompetition for enterprises through boost cooperation and communication of staffs.So this field has huge significance to study and to apply.The paper studies on Knowledge Sharing in intra-project management andintra-project management and set up theory model of Knowledge Sharing andTransfer(KS&KT). Then it analyses the factors that affect KS and establishevaluation system of KS ability (KSA) for project-based enterprises.The main contents and innovation on this paper are listed as follows:1. It studies in full-scale how to share and manage the knowledge in project. Itfirst analyses the knowledge in project management, their effects on project and howto share it in intra-project and inter-project through the view of organization. It willhave important influence on Cost, Time and Quality of the project in the model ofproject management.2. Establishing the theoretical model of KS&KT in PM. Then it analyses theimportant factors that affect the KS ability through four aspects: Organizational,Technical, Human Resource, Knowledge and put forward some approaches toimprove it.3. Establishing evaluation system of KSA for knowledge-intense enterprise basedon project management. So the enterprises can evaluate it. Firstly the index system ofKSA is established including four aspects: Organizational, Technical, HumanResource, Knowledge. Secondly the evaluation model of KSA is designed by usingFuzzy Evaluation and AHP. At last the evaluation system of KSA is inspected throughthe knowledge sharing of Enterprise A.
