Research On The Project Management Integration

After analysis the actual state and theory of the integration management, the thesis proposed that it is a key point for the project to realize scientifically management and control in performance stage, and set up a project integration model, and then through construct a project information platform, work out a integration plan, performance the integration plan, the thesis research on a perfective way of integration management, which can compatible with the aim of quality, cost and schedule, at last realize project economical goal. In working out the integration plan, the thesis is to lay stress on analyzing the main barrier in project integrative management, proposed to use earn value theory to integrate the quality, cost and schedule, integrated the quality goal especially, and realized "integration" management.
