After years of rapid development, tourism has become a mainstay industry in China.Tourists'consumption demands are individualized and diversified, requiring tourism companies to provide more and more complex one-stop tourism products. This means that thereis a great need for the support from a strong information service platform and transmission network.In China, internet is brought into tourism earlier than most of other industries. Accompanied by the development of information technology (IT) and practice of "Golden Travel Project", the tourism growth has been promoted greatly. However, tourism information suffers from deficiency in resource integration, sharing and usage, and good servicesproviding, which severely restricts the further development of tourism industry.Therefore, there is an urgent need for an integrated management of tourism information resources.On the basis of previous studies, the present study fully explores the features and elements of tourism information resources. It also discusses the definition, features, principles and influential factors of integrated management of tourism information. Besides, the facilitationby Web2.0 to the integrated management of tourism information resources iscomprehensively analyzed from theoretical and technical perspectives. The construction of integration management platform of tourism informationresources is researched into from threeaspects including subject, object and content. In addition, the motivating role of Web2.0 playing in platform construction is also discussed. The platform system is composed of client end, tourism website interface, tourism information resource services, and supportive systems. This study discusses the functions of each component. Finally, a case study of UOKO is analyzed to explore Tourism Web2.0 site and examine its status quo, underlying problems, profit model, as well as developmenttrends.This study analyzes integrated management platform of tourism resources based on Web2.0 in order to facilitate the management of tourism information resources.
