China has been the member of WTO for years . The Chinese corporations have been faced with the stinging competition coming from the MultiNational Corporations. At the present time, the average capability of the corporations in Europe and USA has approached 5 sigma, and it has over 5.5 sigma in Japan. But the average capability in China has not reached 3sigma. Now, the management of six sigma has been think as the effective way to acquire benefits depend on quality in most corporations. It has developed and become the best practice way in improvement of strategy, transformation of operation and solve the matter. If the Chinese corporations wish become great, they should learn the management of six sigma and bring it into effect at once.It is as follows which the central content and major innovation of this dissertation.1. It dissertated the theory of Six Sigma systematically, including the meaning, system frame, key techniques and tools. Then it expatiated the difference and contact between six sigma and other quality management theories. Those could lead the corporations to catch the pith of management of six sigma.2. The theory has been apply in FAST. It based on the fact of Sichuan Chengfa Aero Science & Technology Co.,Ltd (for short: FAST), such as organization, function of department and so on. At the same time, it has established the organization of six sigma in FAST, confirmed the procedure and implemented process of project, developed the key techniques and tools of six sigma based on the management system and work experience of FAST. All thosecould guide and promote the corporation bring the management of six sigma into effect.3. It has carried the six sigma project into execution under the leading of the theory studied, procedure and implement process of project confirmed and the key techniques and tools developed. The dissertation delivered two projects: one about continuous variation and the other about attribute variation. The effect obtained by those projects proved the correctness of programming and organizing about six sigma in FAST. They not only assured FAST can expansion the six sigma in right way, but also provided the reference to other similar corporations in carry on the management of six sigma.4. With the theory studied and the actual projects carried, the author summed up the misconstrue, factors affecting the corporation to implement six sigma. Then list the strategies to carry the management of six sigma. At last, it bring forward the opinion about how to look on the six sigma sensibly and the work of next stage.
