Research On The Core Competitive Power Of The Non-stateown Enterprises Of The Re-source Cities In Southwest Henan Province

With the emergence and development of energy economy, non-state enterprises based on energy resources spring up rapidly. But these industries face many problems such as a comparative lack of funds, losses of qualified people, lost in developing directions, extensive managements, lower product qualities, lack of long term developing strategies. Among them, a weak core competitive power is the top problem. So it appears much necessary and important to research on the core competitive power of the non-state enterprises of the resource city. On the base of analysis on documentary materials, this thesis analyzes the resource cities and their characters in southwest Henan Province, and the characters and main existing problems in the development of the non-state enterprises in this region. It discusses on the reasons of those problems of weak core competitive power, ignoring strategy management, self over-expanding, and managing shortage and so on. Using the basic methods and steps of strategy making in strategy management science, firstly this thesis collect some data and examples related to non-state enterprises of these resource cities in southwest Henan Province, and give an overall analysis on the inner and outer developing advantages and disadvantages of them in the way of SWOT. Then by analysis and comparison with the tools of inner and outer factor assess matrix, competition posture analysis matrix and SWOT matrix, this thesis studies the threats and opportunities which those enterprises now face. Fatherly, this thesis concludes the tactics of industry position, storm fortification in management, technology enduring for the cultivating of the core competitive power of the non-state enterprises in resource cities southwest Henan Province. On the base of presenting the situation of Henan Senyuan Electric Appliance Co, Ltd, this thesis, using the fruit of the research, analyses in detail the existing problems and their reasons, and brings forward the countermeasures of strengthening its core competitive power for this company.
