| With the development of the economy, human capital is playing a more significant role in modern business competition. The competition between corporations is now based on people especially key employees with competency in the final analysis. As a result, to continuously train the employees especially key employees has become essential to retain key employees and extend their life cycle, to enhance the corporation's distinctive competence, to adapt the organization to the rapid change of the interior and exterior environment, and to finally achieve its strategic objects. Accordingly, it is necessary for Z Company to enhance the team construction of high-quality key employees in order to develop its innovative ability and to succeed in the drastic competition of telecom market, which is the standpoint of this paper. Firstly, this paper explains the necessity to train the key employees of Z Company from three points of view including enhancing the distinctive competence, converting the corporation into study organization and achieving its strategic objects. Additionally, this paper concludes the problems with its present training to the key employees and discusses the urgency of stuff training of Z Company based on its present situation and future development. Secondly, based on questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper statistically describes the training need of key employees of Z Company with respect to factors including method, time, content, instructor and so on. On the basis of the need analysis, this paper analyzes the features of the course setting as well as proposes the training course system and evaluating system referring to the key employees at the management level. Lastly, this paper proposes three suggestions with regard to the problems of the present training system, which goes as follows: creating the active learning atmosphere for the key employees, enhancing the management of key-employee training, developing a team of high-quality instructors, and establishing an effective evaluating system. |
