| In the era of knowledge-driven economy, the productivity of the intelligence capital of manpower is far greater than the productivity of other physical assets. The most important assets of enterprise are not land and equipments but the staff. With the fast developing of the computer and the computer network, enterprises are seeking fast and low spending training methods in order to keep their competition advantage constantly for adapting to the global competition.Through researching on the whole course of the construction of the e-learning system in this text. Sum up the general mode of e-learning, design the function mode of e-learning system. Make a standard to assess the performance of the system, so as to explore how to set up effective e-learning system. Then analyzing the key success factor of e-learning system on the basis of building and analyzing the enterprise e-learning system. Finally through analyzing the construction of the case system, e-learning system of a company, to prove the view put forward.The part of the thesis has seven chapters: Chapter one is the part of the foreword narrates the research background, research motive and purpose, research procedure and the frame of this text. Chapter two is the analysis of enterprise's e-learning, sum up the theories and documents about enterprise's knowledge management and e-learning .Chapter three is foundation of e-learning mode, probe and sum up the mode of the knowledge management and the mode of e-learning and the relation between them. Chapter four is the systematic design of e-learning and setting-up analysis, including design principle, demand analysis, system of e-learning, system structure sum up, key procedure of system design and the method of performance assessing. Chapter five in order to analysis the key success factor of the construction of the e-learning system. Chapter six is the case analysis. Finally is conclusion.
