Studies On Governance Structure Of China Electric Power Corporations

With the establishment and effective operation of economy oriented-market in china, the market of electric power has become the basic reason of electric power .The situation of natural monopolization of electric power industry has been broken .The recomposition and transformation of electric power industry have become the main paths of general adoption of market principles of Chinese electric power industry. Corporate governance of electric power has turned into the key problems that the electric power corporation will set up the modern enterprise system .The problem that the author studies is how the electric power industry and electric power enterprises adopt the reform of general adoption of market principals of electric power and establish the governance of electric power corporations in order to restrict the natural monopolization to the least extent.First of all, through the analyses of development situation and existing problem in electric power industry, the author describes the significance and necessity, and then summarizes the relative theories on governance of modern corporation, also reviews the reform of electric power industry, and at the same time discusses the general adoption of the market principles of electric power and property right system arrangement of electric power enterprises .On the base of comparing the domestic governance changes of electric power with foreign country's ,the author defines the macroscopic and microcosmic connotations of governance of electric power corporations in china ,constructs the basic governance and the frames of modern electric power corporations .And then the author select the first listed company on abroad- Beijing Datang Power Generation Co. Ltd as the case ,primarily analyzes the governance of the company ,and give some advices for the limitation about it .Finally ,this paper analyzes the main countermeasures of rebuilding up the governance of electric power corporations ,and find out the combing points between the relative theories on governance of corporations with actually building the regular governance of electric power corporations.The research results of this paper are some reference significance in increasingthe market competitive power of electric power enterprises under the effective competitive market surroundings.
