Research And Study On Market-oriented Reform Of Electricity Industry In China

Electric power enterprise is an important guarantee for the economic development of our country, along with raising the level of economic development. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO since, advantage effect of the highlight of electric power industry is more and more obvious. The power industry is a special industry in our country, and its healthy and stable development is directly related to the sustainable development of national energy security and economic. Electric power enterprise is an important part of socialist construction. At present, China’s power enterprises face many problems in the reform in the market, such as electric power industry business environment facing the contradiction between demand growth slowed, capital and production of increasingly sharp. Coal prices soared, electricity price adjustment is not scientific, reasonable, these negative factors, if not effectively resolved, it will seriously hinder the development of China’s economy. In the new era of economic and energy saving and environmental protection, electric power enterprise management is facing the huge pressure and challenges. Therefore, according to the spirit of CPC’s 18 th conference,deepening the market-oriented reform of electricity and to be adapt to the market is the most important problem.This paper first elaborates on the present situation and the risk of the electric power industry reform in China, and then summarizes the characteristics and the influence of market-oriented reform. Also a detailed analysis of China’s electric power industry reform in the face of market construction, price positioning, the electric power supervision and many other issues and risk in the market. Finally, in view of the market reform of electric power industry as the main line, put forward the feasibility of stable development in China and the reform of power industry comments and suggestions, for the healthy development of escorting in the electric power industry of China. Taking S Power Company as an example, this paper focuses on the history of the company’s market-oriented reforms, practices and prospects for analysis and research, and also to provide a reference for the development of China’s other power industry enterprises.
