Supplier Management is the key in Supply Chain Management. With the increasing competition in market, Suppliers of an enterprise are more and more important. But in our country, there exists an unreasonable phenomenon that many enterprises are keeping in touch with a mass of Suppliers; there isn't a suit of integrated evaluated system and fair evaluated methods; there aren't systemic management measures. Considering the above, this paper will put an emphasis on a series of decision optimization in Supplier Management that how to minimize the number of Suppliers in order to centralize the purchasing, how to evaluate and choose Suppliers in order to obtain the best Suppliers, and how to do cooperating game analysis in order to maintain favorable cooperating fellowship. This paper consists of the following chapters: The 1st chapter is the exordium part, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the paper, and reviews the researching actuality at home or abroad. At the same time, it also indicates the main content and innovation. The 2nd chapter summarizes some relevant theories in Suppliers and Supplier Management, points out the main differences between Supplier Management in traditional meaning and fellowship in Supplier Chain Management. Meanwhile, it analyzes the risks probably existing in fellowship. The 3rd chapter analyzes two questions in choosing optimization of Suppliers. We probe into the best number of Suppliers in commercial logistics system and manufactural logistics system through two models, and mainly do cooperative game analysis in Supplier cooperation. The 4th chapter is the keystone and difficulty of the whole paper. At first, we set up a suit of integrated evaluated system; then on the brief introduction of common methods, we build AHP model and BP ANN model to evaluate Suppliers, and compare the results. The 5th chapter is the strategy of Supplier Management. Through orientation theory and nine-pane theory, we actualize classification management. Furthermore, it's also necessary to build effective Incentive Mechanism and control the quality of Suppliers. The 6th chapter is the epilogue part. Through summing up the whole paper, we explain the insufficiency existing, and make a prospect of the future development.
