The Research Of Project Management Application In Exploitation Of Social Insurance Information System

Through the analysis about practice of team work in information system of social insurance management, this article gave the author's perspective in related theories and methods of project management in this field.As a large scale quasi finance information system, the information management systems of social insurance have the advantages of high efficiency, policy enforcement and accuracy.based on these specialities ,the explanation of present situation about project management under today's social, economic and technonical environment, and the related theories and methods applied in information system of social insurance management, especially the application of the method of lifecycle project management and total quality control, the author gave his expression to the application of project management and problems which need pay attention in research project of social insurance information system Additionally,The analysis methods i use is project life span management, improving Software management and total quality control .Because my time is limited, my knowledge is poor, if any professors would brought forward the applicable theoretical consideration and practical operation methods.
