The Evaluation And Choice Of Proper Level Of The Rural Social Security In China

The level of the social security is an important factor during the process of the reformation of social security system. If it is fit with the level of the economic development has a crucial impact on the development of the social economy and the stabilization and solidification of our country. At present, the system of the social security in the town in our country is almost perfect and the items of it are suit for use. The researches of scholars in and out on the urban social security are relatively comprehensive and in-depth and can play a good role in guiding the development of the urban social security. But the construction of the rural social security in our country is to begin just now, the system of it is far more perfect and the items of it are waiting for discussion. If it is needed to build the rural social security according to the state of the rural economy of our country is still the problem discussed by most of scholars. The current researches on the level of the social security are most localized in the field of the urban social security, and some researches on the level of rural social security are all use the method of qualitative analysis to analysis the problems and the relative resolvent and lack of quantitative analysis method. Based on the evaluation model built by some scholars and analyzing the data produced during the implement of the rural social security, the thesis build up the system of index on evaluating the level of the rural social security of our country. Meanwhile, combining with the current level of the rural economy of our country and some non-economic factors which affect the construction of the rural social security, using methods both of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the thesis result with the proper level of the rural social security in our country and also evaluate the current level of it and find out the gap between the two.
