| In order to maintain and promote the Safety & orderliness, to ensure the flow of air traffic, Air Traffic Management Bureau of Civil Aviation should accelerate to build up a modern air traffic management system with air traffic globalization concept. However, the foundation of China's air traffic management system (ATMS) is unsubstantial, and the traditional investment project management system couldn't adapt the process of air traffic management globalization. Therefore, it is a practical and meaningful research for investment project management.This thesis is divided into three parts and seven chapters, including the preface, the formal part and the summary.Part â… (Chapter 1) is the preface, mainly explains the background of the studying and the main contents of discussion.Part â…¡ (from Chapter 2 to Chapter 6) is the formal part, includes five chapters. First, explains the necessity of performing investment project management for ATMS, and specializes the characteristics, emphases and difficulties of investment project management. Then, intends to analyze current situation to carry out problems and weaknesses of investment project management for China's ATMS. After that, intends to introduce the mode of and characteristics of investment project management of west countries' ATMS, compares it with that of our country. Additionally, according to the actual situation of our investment management, puts forward ideas of forming the investment project management system and outline the following countermeasures: reorganizing the structure, adjusts functions, carry out new pattern of investment project management.Part â…¢(Chapter 7) is the summary of the whole thesis, emphasizes the structure and main idea of the this study. |
