1.TASK It is coming to material management runs through all course of production and management. Material management is an important part of the enterprise management. Arranging the bottle-neck working procedure properly shows the ability of one company. How to combine the bottle-neck process, material stock and cost control properly, striving for digging potential in maximum, this is a problem we need to research urgently. Along with development of the seven seas esconomy, The competition of corporation increasingly fury, Corporation is faced with shortening delivery time,bring up production quality, receling cost and mending ministraut. Now, low price is mostly means of our project competitory, lowliness is a preponderant of competition,passing reducing resource and advancing productivity rate,.It is depress cost, and along with market competitory,project is need to new profit—material manage. Depend on reckon, in our country, Material cost of industry is account for 50%--60% of merchandise, but in U.S.A, makings cost is shortage 10% of assembly cost. This exponent largeness potential in materil flowing. Many indurstrys are cognizant of returns potential of material flowing and function in the manage, cost cortrol is provided with importance purtance purport in increasing competition in the project and production. Nonbottleneck is a resource ,its output ability is bigger than specifically demand. Therefore, nonbottleneck should not be done sostenuto,because that can procreative is more than its requisite.one nonbottleneck include otiose time. The price of raw and processed materials and manpower cost are advanced gradually because the demand of consumer is diversification increasingly in the near year. Traditionary production mode is faced with austere challenge.It already become problem which is attented by corporation and academia every country. In this status, TOC develop rapidly in occident country,and it exceed bound of production manage far away.it already become sizable scope and influence at the domain of theory study and corporation application and software empolder and so on. bottleneck manage is "Theory of constraint", for short TOC. 5.The relationship between the material stock and bottleneck process To aim the realization of produce process in enterprise by the material management working (1.)Betimes: be able to afford when required (2). (2). bottleneck should be settled better,the production batch plan of SD7&SD8 should be carried out one by one at the base of guaranteeing one hundred T140 bulldozers every month.It is the best plan of production organizing at present. (3). for the pivotal part and pivotal organise and bottleneck part , production and should be controled stocking time reasonably.it should satisfy the market maximum in the precondition of the depress cost.
