| Chinese local construction machines manufactories’ capability and managements has increased a lot in the past few years with the continuously development of Chinese mechanical industry. However, there are some core components and parts, which are always relying on importing. It means more cost and longer lead-time. Therefore the innovations and developments of core components and parts are getting more and more important, especially for the quality management of the innovations and developments.In this thesis, PM Company, a famous enterprise in the mechanical construction machine industry, is taken as a research object. First of all, we have clarified the problems during the current PM company’s hydraulic cylinder new project development project. Afterwards, we have optimized PM company’s hydraulic cylinder development and quality control system by three aspects which are hydraulic cylinder development evaluation system, development quality management procedure and development organization. Based on that, we have taken advantage of quality management thesis and different kinds of quality management tools to improve and optimize the hydraulic cylinder development. |
