| With the quickly development of economy in our country, the construction of infrastructure has rapidly increased in past 10 years. It is urge for Engineering management to resolve the problem that how to decrease the project cost with meeting the technical standards for quality, and within the stipulated time. At the same time, in world construction industry, it is a tendency to put into practice the general contracting in engineering project. Among top 100 corporations of the world, most of them have the ability to carry out general contracting; many employers of construction projects prefer adopting general contracting for bidding abroad, and China also enthusiastically develops general contracting. The general contracting in engineering project is a complex systematic engineering, and it involves engineering design, procurement and construction; scientific management methods must be adopted to carry out overall macro-management and micro-control, and also it should begin with engineering design, purchasing and construction, for there are a lot of variable factors and risks. The aims of this thesis are to work out a method and approach on the cost control of general contracting project, so as to promote the scientific development of cost control of general contracting project and the unification of the cost management with international. The following are the main two part of this thesis:Firstly, the author analysis Characteristics and controlling method of cost management under general contracting project. On the other hand, the author analysis approach of the cost integrated management in general contracting project, including engineering design, procurement and construction.In this thesis, adopting the method of integrates qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, the author analysis characteristics and controlling method of different phase under general contracting project, and analysis the cost integrated management in general contracting project. |
