The Research On The Relationship Between Social Economy Development And The Land Utilization In Huanren County

A close relationship exists between economic development and the utilization of the land.The development of the social economy will result in a huge demand of the land and therebythe means and the structure of land utilization will be considerably changed. Meanwhile, aproper means and an appropriate structure of the land utilization will lay a sound foundationfor the spacial exploitation in economic development and remarkably push forward theeconomic development .On the basis of the comprehensive use of the methods and theories of relative subjectsincluding Economic Geography, City Geography, Geography of the Regional Economy,Regional Economics, Land Economics, the paper objectively and accurately analyzes thepresent situation of the social economic development and the land utilization in Huanrencounty of Liaodong Region.Further, the paper elaborates the major social and economic factors which influencesland utilization and establishes a relevant model illustrating the relationship betweeneconomic development and land utilization of Huanren County. In addition, the paper predictsthe situation of the land demand caused by economic development, and also concludes itsevolvement process and forecasts its future trend. All these will serve as referential basis forworking out scientific plan of land utilization in this region.The paper consists of four parts: In the first part, some basic concepts are explained andsome basic theories are concluded. It is the fundamental part of the research.In the second part, the paper introduces the economic development level of HuanrenCounty and its relevant industrial sectors objectively and concretely. It also providespreliminary analysis of the structure, evolvement and characteristics of the land utilization inHuanren County. Moreover, the paper indicates some existing problems.In part three, the paper analyses some major social and economic factors which influencesland utilization in Huanren County involving economic development, change of industrial sectors,change of population and urbanization, etc. On this basis, the paper establishes the relative modeland pluralistic model between all the driving forces and the land utilization.In Part Four, the paper predicts the demand of land utilization caused by the economicdevelopment of Huanren County, including the prediction of main economic indicators and theprediction of the gross demand and the structure of the land. In addition, the paper also forecaststhe relationship between social economic development and the utilization of the land.
